Keep in touch with your database
Data Messenger Server (DMS) is a new server application that can turn virtually any database into an e-mail alert, fax alert, or wireless notification system.

The system, developed by SoftEXIT, essentially allows businesses to automate communication tasks based on database changes.

For instance, suppose that a widget reseller receives sales leads from both the web and phone inquiries, all of which enter into the same database. DMS would be able to recognize these changes, identify the responsible sales rep by zip code, and automatically forward them all of the available information on the client leads.

This off-the-shelf solution requires no programming experience to configure and integrates with existing applications. Users can get up to speed using the wizards to set up notification commands.

Optional features, such as HTML support, enable additional capabilities including advanced formatting, graphically enriched messages, and “pushable” data entry forms for remote data collection. DMS also supports attachment files, fax notifications, and alpha/numeric paging.

DMS runs on the Windows platform and can communicate with a variety of wireless devises
